A Practice for those in 12-Step Recovery 
at St. Columb's Episcopal Church, 5500 Sunnybrook Rd., Ridgeland, MS. 
Centering Prayer as the 11th Step: Offered to those who are in one of the 12-step programs of recovery. This workshop offers a contemplative practice for the 11th Step: "Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God."
Centering Prayer is a simple method of prayer rooted in an ancient practice that opens us to God's presence and divine healing.
Joe Mahar, of Daphne, AL is the presenter. Joe is a presenter of the centering prayer method for Contemplative Outreach, Ltd.
